On the Go??

Well this is what my on the go lunch was today or i guess i should say every day:) and it was just what I needed for a hot day!
Protein powder
And water!
Put it all together and mix it up and you are done!
usually I add beats, a tomato, and carrots, but didn't today and it tasted good still! I know I have blogged about this before with all the things I have changed in my diet to make me the healthiest, and this is one of them! Getting the nutrients from natural foods are the beat way to go! Try it! You will grow to LOVE them, as I have! (and even Brady!)
