Nothing like Family!!!

Wow I love my family! Today I got to be with my beautiful mother and sisters! We hung out and just watched the kids play in the back yard!
We ate lunch and just got to be together! Honestly there is nothing like being with family! I love you all and wish I could see you more! Thanks girls!

Baseball Champs!

Tate and Preston won their championship baseball game 14 to 5!! Good job boys! These awesome kids in our neighborhood played their last game tonight and won. We had a blast cheering them on! After we all went for ice cream and we had such a great night! Good job boys we are so proud of you!!!!

Let the eggs begin!

So we went out to check on the chickens last night and found this in the nesting box...


The very first egg! We were so excited!!! It was like waking up on Christmas morning... Oh what joys chickens bring into our lives! Ps.. Don't mind my grandma jammies... I only wear them EVERY night! Haha

Needles may not be as bad as I thought...

So Brady has been so diligent with school, studying, and everything else that keeps him busy! I am so proud of him! Just recently he has completed his phlebotomy course and did awesome! I even let him practice on me! I hate needles and I must say he made me feel very comfortable! Good job Brady! You will make a great anesthesiologist!

...Two or More...

Okay it's officially a twice a week thing... Since summer began, we have had at least two or more fires a week in our back yard! We love cooking tinfoil dinners or hot dogs! It's such a relaxing fun thing we LOVE doing!
I like these the most! Try them...

Farm Update!

Well lots has happened lately on the farm, and it's been fun! Got all my gardening done and spring cleaning done and it feels great!
Our chickens will start laying their eggs in two weeks! Yeah!!








We have peonies all over in our flower beds. They are super pretty!


We sit in our backyard and watch the sunset every time we have a beautiful one.


We bought a cow yesterday so in the fall we will have TONS of meat! Yum!! Yes that means killing the poor boy!





Well there you have it... Life on the farm is awesome! Let's just say we will never forget this place!

Pool time!!!

Oh the summer days by the pool!!! I love going with my sweet amazing neighbors to the pool with their kids! We have spent lots of time by the pool chatting, soaking up sun, and watching all the kids have fun! What a Blast! I love summer! Who else agrees???

Waterfall Canyon

We had the chance to go on an amazing hike Friday up waterfall canyon! We went with our good friends Devin and Heidi! It was beautiful and was so much fun!!! I just love being outdoors and I love nature! What a beautiful thing god has blessed us with! If you don't get out much, you should! We live in a beautiful state. We love our weekend hikes!
